Managing director Keith O'Donnell and vice president Jay Whelchel of Flagler Real Estate represented the landlord, Mainstreet Capital Partners and the Praedium Group, while Chris Constant of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.

"At a time when there are so many viable options available in the marketplace, it's a tribute to the property owners who have been responsive to Nokia Siemens' needs and continue to reinvest in the property," O'Donnell says. No additional details of the renewal were released.

Nokia Siemens occupies three of the five floors at 900 Broken Sound Parkway, which contains 120,700 square feet of class A office space. The building offers picturesque views of the Broken Sound golf course and is convenient to Interstate 95.
