The Wallingford property contains 54,075-square-feet that is available for rent, with 490 units over two buildings. The Waterbury facility is 54,875 square feet with 546 units and contains two buildings on 4.97 acres of space. The properties are part of the New Haven SMSA.
The loans included an "early rate lock" according to a statement by F&G managing director Casimir Groblewski. The facilities will be converted into Value Store-It brands, Tarco's flag, from a Lock Tight brand.
