Transportation Firm Leases 36,000-SF Office

ATLANTA-Coyote Logistics' new headquarters will occupy a single building at Brookside Concourse.

ATLANTA-Coyote Logistics LLC will move its corporate headquarters to a single-story, 36,556-square-foot building at Brookside Concourse business park in suburban Alpharetta. The company will move into the Brookside/800 building, owned by Chicago-based Alter Group.

Coyote Logistics provides multimodal transportation services across North America and Europe. Brookside Concourse occupies 45 acres along Old Milton Parkway east of Georgia 400 and encompasses more than 550,000 square feet of single- and multi-story office space in seven buildings. Brookside/800 is located at 4400 Brookside Parkway.
