He adds that joining Studley allows him to become involved with a national company with a proven platform measuring more than a half-century.

Sampson has worked for a broad range of commercial real estate firms throughout his 30-year career, including Insignia/ESG, Echelon, Coldwell Banker Commercial Brokerage and Cushman & Wakefield. He has negotiated more than five million square feet of transactions throughout Florida in office and industrial development, leasing and investment sales.
