Dylan Taylor to Lead FirstService CRE

SEATTLE- Dylan Taylor, the former head of global client service for Grubb & Ellis is now president of FirstService Commercial Real Estate. The Seattle-based division of the Toronto-based conglomerate FirstService Corp. encompasses CMN Inc., the largest independent firm of Colliers International, PKF Hospitality Consulting, PGP Valuation, MHPM Project Management and FirstService Williams.

“Strategically we see the opportunity for there to be another large global real estate firm in addition to [Jones Lang LaSalle and CB Richard Ellis],” Taylor tells GlobeSt.com. At G&E, Taylor was responsible for approximately 4,000 employees in six countries delivering services across all corporate service product lines globally and managing in excess of 250 million square feet of corporate facilities management and property management assignments.

Douglas Frye, president/CEO of FirstService CRE globally and president of Colliers International, says Taylor’s initial focus will be to grow the operation’s corporate service offering across the US. He also is charged with increasing the capabilities and impact of the company’s property management services platform.
