"Both CEVA and Ecolab are at the forefront of their respective industry sectors," says Todd Parker, Oakmont senior associate, who worked for the past year on the lease with Tom Cobb, senior vice president of development. "These two companies execute business all over the world and we are delighted to add them to our tenant roster in Atlanta."
Cobb adds that Ecolab was already an Oakmont tenant when it moved into its existing facility in 2003. "We are always pleased when we can expand relationships with satisfied customers," he says.
Oakmont's 125 Southside Court is a 322,560-square-foot frontload facility that opened in 2001. The building features 30-foot clear heights and 265 feet of concrete truck courts with massive trailer storage capacity, and is expandable by 122,880 square feet.
Chris Tomasulo, Sean Boswell and Steve Grable of Colliers Spectrum Cauble were Oakmont's exclusive agents for the project. CEVA was represented by CB Richard Ellis agents Todd Barton in Atlanta and Deborah Royal in Jacksonville, FL.
