Oakmont Signs CEVA to 154,000-SF Lease

ATLANTA-Locally based Oakmont Industrial Group has signed CEVA Logistics US Inc. to a 154,000-square-foot lease at 125 Southside Court in suburban Henry County. CEVA will provide logistics services for Ecolab Inc., which is relocating and expanding its existing local distribution operations.

“Both CEVA and Ecolab are at the forefront of their respective industry sectors,” says Todd Parker, Oakmont senior associate, who worked for the past year on the lease with Tom Cobb, senior vice president of development. “These two companies execute business all over the world and we are delighted to add them to our tenant roster in Atlanta.”

Cobb adds that Ecolab was already an Oakmont tenant when it moved into its existing facility in 2003. “We are always pleased when we can expand relationships with satisfied customers,” he says.
