In a release, Kraig Silver, EVP at the Treeline Cos., says the property's "convenient location" and his company's "hands-on management and responsiveness" as its owners were deciding factors for Stifel, Nicolaus. Part of the four-building Franklin Avenue Plaza portfolio that Treeline acquired in March 2007, 1225 Franklin offers 205,000 square feet of office space with an asking rent of $33 per square foot.
