The Second Half When do you believe that the real estate employment market will recover? (opinion) Well, we made it through the first half of 2009, and we have just 6 months to go until we turn the corner on what has been, for most, the worst year ever. The good news is that we are observing slow, but steady economic improvement; the stock market appears to be holding steady after a healthy rally, and other indices are looking brighter. Heck, today the Wall Street Journal reported that Wall Street firms logged their best quarter since the crisis began. When investment bankers are making money, it’s good, I guess. Since today marks the end of the first half, I thought it would be a good time to take the temperature of our readers on their view of the timing of the job market rebound. I’ll report back next week and also take a look at where the hiring action is going to be for the rest of this year.
Best wishes for a great July 4th Holiday!
