Grable and Tomasulo will join Jones Lang LaSalle's team of 57 brokers and logistics consultants to advise national and international companies on transaction, location and supply chain issues. They will also work to grow the firm's agency leasing business, representing owners of industrial properties within the Southeast and across the US.

"For the past year, we've worked to expand and strengthen our industrial and logistics capabilities and continue to attract the best and the brightest," says John Fetz, senior managing director of Jones Lang LaSalle's Atlanta tenant representation group. He adds that the addition of Grable and Tomasulo greatly enhances its industrial service line.

Grable's commercial real estate career spans nearly three decades, specializing in the industrial sector with a focus on port and intermodal properties. He is a graduate of the University of California and holds a doctorate in American studies and urban planning from Emory University.

Tomasulo has more than 14 years of industrial sales and leasing experience. He is a graduate of Iona College.

"Joining Jones Lang LaSalle gives us the opportunity to leverage the firm's international logistics team and find solutions for our clients' supply chain," Grable says. "On the agency side, it's also a great opportunity to win impact listings and market port and intermodal logistics properties that are now integral to global supply chains."
