TranSystems Corp., an engineering, architecture, planning, management and supply chain consulting company, picked up 3,325-square-feet of space in the building. TranSystems was represented by Paul Vlecides of CB Richard Ellis.

MaxiSaver Group Inc., a direct source for commissary coupons and savings services company, has leased 1,875 square feet, while business support and information technology consultant PruTech Solutions renewed its 2,764-square-foot lease at the facility.

Meanwhile, existing tenant Dorfman Mizrach & Thaler LLP expanded and now occupies 5,074 square feet of space at the four-story, 85,000-square-foot class A building, which recently underwent a lobby renovation and also features an on-site café.

"Leasing activity at this location, which is also our company's headquarters, remains strong despite the current economic conditions due to the plethora of commuting options, highly competitive lease terms and outstanding quality of the building," John G. Osborne, executive director of leasing and marketing for Bergman Real Estate Group, tells GlobeSt.com. The exact terms of each lease were not available.
