Avison Brings On Malm as Chicago Principal

CHICAGO-Avison Young has hired commercial real estate veteran Jonathan Malm as principal of its recently opened Chicago office. Coming from five years of work as president of Chicago-based ICE Realty Group Inc., Malm will support Avison’s brokerage services, focusing on industrial property leasing and sales for corporate tenants, owners and developers.
