In other NAI news, the firm also completed a $410,000 sale of 30 acres of preserved farmland in Washington Township located at the intersection of Black River Road and Parker Road. NAI Hanson vice president Sig Schorr represented the seller, Geraldine Turnquist, and the buyer, JRC Properties LLC.
"Washington Township is currently home to over 60 permanently preserved farms, which account for over 4.4 million of the 6.9 million acres of designated preserved farmland in all of Morris County," Schorr tells GlobeSt.com. "The buyer in this transaction, who plans on utilizing the space for farming and horse grazing, purchased the land to expand upon its current property, which neighbors this parcel of land," he adds.
