NAI Tapped to Market Warehouse

WAYNE, NJ-The owner-occupied building offers 20,000 square feet of space in Passaic County.

WAYNE, NJ-NAI James E. Hanson has been named the exclusive leasing agent for a 20,000-square-foot warehouse space located at 400 Newark Pompton Tpke. here. NAI Hanson sales associates Robert Borny, Greg Reid and Josh Levering will be responsible for overseeing the marketing efforts on behalf of the building owner, United Yarn Products Co. Inc.

“Our directive is to offer prospective tenants a very modern and efficient warehouse at a competitive and affordable price point,” Rob Borny tells GlobeSt.com, adding that the lease rate is $6.50.

The owner-occupied property offers access to most Northern New Jersey highways. In addition, the building offers parking, multiple dock doors, a drive-in door and outside storage, as well as 24-inch ceiling heights, three tailgates and one drive-in loading dock.
