"Although the commercial real estate industry is currently experiencing challenging times, Normandy's focus on our tenants has enabled us to execute prominent leasing transactions in New Jersey," said Ray Trevisan, Normandy principal, in a statement.
The deals included:
- Telecommunications firm Global Crossing inked a deal for nearly 35,000 square feet at Park Place in Florham Park;
- At 25 Independence Blvd. in Warren, Mitsubishi Pharma took 20,423 square feet. At the same address, Texas Instruments executed a 5,521-square-foot lease extension, and JNET Communications signed a 5,000-square-foot lease extension;
- Stepping Forward Counseling Center, a health-services company, leased 2,595 square feet at 26 Main St. in Chatham.
