"Due to the growth of our business, our former facility, which had been expanded three times over a period of 45 years, no longer met our needs," says Dan Schildge, chief operating officer of CRP Industries, in a statement. The new facility houses 80 employees, 12,000 SKUs as well as an area to assemble and package parts.
Greg Rogerson, a principal at Petrucci, reports that the building features approximately 15,000 square feet of office, 36-foot clear ceiling heights, 55-foot column spacing and an ESFR sprinkler system. CRP was represented by Robert Bull, executive managing director in Studley Inc.'s Central New Jersey office, and George Molloy, formerly senior managing director with Studley.
