Simon Expanding Sawgrass Mills Mall

SUNRISE, FL-Canali, Tag Heuer, Tommy Bahama, Tumi and True Religion Brand Jeans are opening outlet stores at the center.

SUNRISE, FL-Sawgrass Mills is expanding yet again, adding the Colonnade Outlets at Sawgrass Mills. The 22,000-square-foot expansion, to open in the fall, will include outlet stores from Canali, Tag Heuer, Tommy Bahama, Tumi and True Religion Brand Jeans, as well as restaurant Villagio, owner Simon Property Group said today.

The Canali unit will be the first outlet store for the Italian menswear designer. The other apparel designers and jeweler are opening their first outlet stores in South Florida, Simon Property Group said.

“Celebrating our 75th anniversary with 150 stores worldwide, Canali is excited about the opening of its first outlet store in the United States at renowned Sawgrass Mills,” said Giorgio Canali, president of Canali’s North American operations, in the expansion announcement. “Sawgrass Mills is the perfect location for our inaugural outlet launch.”
