Bunzl, a British-based supplier of outsourced food packaging and related products to supermarkets and convenience stores, will occupy the majority of Building C at Airways. It will consolidate operations from another smaller Memphis facility and one in Paducah, KY.

"Thanks to a prior relationship with IDI in Salt Lake City, Bunzl and their real estate team knew IDI's building quality and location was a strong fit for the company's regional needs," says Tim Moore, IDI's vice president of leasing in Memphis. Bunzl leases 83,100 square feet in Salt Lake City.

Moore adds that Airways Building C will serve the Bunzl Distribution Midcentral division as it seeks to expand distribution throughout the Southeast and Midwest. Memphis promotes itself as "America's Distribution Center" and is the home of FedEx Corp.

Mark Sonnenberg of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker and Bayard Snowden of Colliers Wilkinson Snowden represented Bunzl in lease negotiations. No additional details were released.
