Boca Raton, FL-based Sensormatic, a division of Tyco International, is a provider of security and fire safety products for commercial and residential real estate sectors. The company plans to relocate its office, warehouse and distribution functions from a nearby facility to Building B at WestPoint in October.

WestPoint totals five buildings with nearly 1.3 million square feet on 150 acres. The park is convenient to Interstates 20 and 285, as well as Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.

"Sensormatic and Tyco are innovators and industry leaders, and we are pleased to work with them as they continue to serve the Southeast from this new facility in metro Atlanta," says Lisa Ward, IDI vice president of leasing. Sensormatic was represented in lease negotiations by CB Richard Ellis brokers Tony Kepano and Peter Stewart in Atlanta and Henry Johnson in El Segundo, CA.
