Choice Home Warranty, which was represented by John Goodwin of CB Richard Ellis's East Brunswick office, signed a long-term lease for 3,300 square feet of office space. Re-upping leases were Allstate Insurance Company and Datamatics Global Services Inc., the former for 8,283 square feet and the latter for 1,343 square feet. Ed DaCosta, also of CBRE's East Brunswick office, represented Allstate.

Meanwhile, Dome-Tech Inc. extended and expanded its lease for 12,000 square feet. The energy engineering and consulting services firm was represented by Cushman & Wakefield's Jeremy Neuer, Michael A. Gordon and Joseph Sarno.
