Fronting Route 1, the 815,000-square-foot park is home to a number of multinational firms involved in research and development. Current tenants include SES Americom, Bracco Diagnostics, Panasonic and the law firm of Drinker Biddle & Reath. College Park is owned by Lawrence Zirinsky Associates, with National Business Parks serving as its management arm.
Two fully approved additions are planned for College Park: College Park 2, a five-building, 345,000-square-foot office/research center that is being developed on a 31-acre site adjacent to the existing College Park complex, and College Park 3, a four-building corporate office facility on a 47-acre site contiguous to the College Park campus. Both will be developed on a build-to-suit basis.
