The footwear and apparel company will reside in 246,000 square feet, the entirety of the two-story building, although a portion will be carved out for City Year offices. The City Year space is a commitment from Timberland to give back something to the community and was part of the negotiation process for the property.

Sitting on 28 acres of land, 200 Domain is part of a surrounding park owned by Altid, which includes another adjacent building which still has availability of 50,000 to 300,000 square feet. Terms of the lease were not disclosed and efforts by GlobeSt.com to reach RBJ for comment were unsuccessful by the time of this article's publish.

"It was a challenging process," says David Flynn, COO of Altid in a statement, "but everyone involved made a concerted effort to ensure everything possible was done to positively represent the ocation and the community so that Timberland would Recommit to the area."
