"Liberty Point Corporate Center is a highly desirable business park within the Northwest Chicago area," Daniel Fogarty, VP with McShane, says. "The recently completed industrial park offers contemporary space suitable for a variety of users. This space will certainly enhance the growing operational demands of Premier Packaging's expanding business."
Premier Packaging joins Culligan International Co., which occupies 84,000 square feet, in the multi-tenant building. This new lease brings Liberty Point II to 66% occupied. The company's new space offers ESFR sprinkler systems, parking for more than 280 vehicles, and a 140-foot truck court.
Overseen by McShane Construction Co. and Harris Architects Inc., the space will be built out to offer 2,000 square feet of office, four truck docks and one drive-in door. Premier Packaging was represented in the lease by John Pikarski of JD Partners, while ownership was represented by Ryan Bain, Zachary Graham, Brett Kroner and Keith Puritz of CB Richard Ellis.
