Among the buildings' most significant lease renewals are nearly 27,000 square feet by Adorno Yoss and 15,000 square feet by Smith Barney in the 350 Las Olas tower, along with 21,000 square feet by Huizenga Holdings at 450 Las Olas. New leases include 9,100 square feet by Roetzell Andress at 350 Las Olas and 1,600 square feet by SAI Advisors at 450 Las Olas.

Las Olas Centre, built in the late 1990s, totals 416,000 square feet of office plus 52,000 square feet of retail, including the popular Samba Room restaurant, which has also renewed its 4,500-square-foot lease. Asking rents for office space range from $28 to $35 per square foot.
