Tovar Snow Buys 43,000-SF Building

FRANKLIN PARK, IL-The snow removal business has purchased the two-acre property at 9363 King Ave. in the O'Hare submarket from an estate.

FRANKLIN PARK, IL-Tovar Snow Professionals has purchased a 43,000-square-foot building at 9363 King Ave. The snow removal business acquired the two-acre property from an estate for $610,000. Bob Edmiston, VP of Inland Real Estate Brokerage, represented the seller in the deal, while Tovar was represented by Peter Berger of Lawton Realty Group.

“The O’Hare industrial corridor is a key location for the new owners, who plan to use the building to run their snow removal business,” Edmiston says. “The property meets their needs with ample room for equipment storage and office space and is located near main thoroughfares to allow easy access to roads during the snow season. When a need for a property is coupled with hard work and experience, we can complete the sale.”
