JLL Brings Office, R&D Campus to Market

BRIDEWATER, NJ-In addition to the 473,909 square feet of available space, the property is 79% leased for 10-to-15-year terms.

BRIDGEWATER, NJ-Jones Lang LaSalle is now marketing an office and research and development property here, known as the Bridgewater Campus, for sale on behalf of AzkoNobel. Leading the JLL team on this assignment are managing directors Joseph Garibaldi IV and Peter S. Nicoletti.

Located on Finderne Avenue, the eight-building campus is currently 79% leased by Henkel Corp. and Azko. The former’s 169,944-square-foot lease will run for another 15 years, while Azko will continue to lease back its 206,330-square-foot space for the remainder of its 10-to-15-year term.
