Campus Scout

Campus Scouts, an outsourcing organization that will represent companies recruiting on campus. With cutbacks on all fronts, most firms large and small will be short-staffed and will have a hard time re-gearing their campus recruiting efforts, which will be bad news for freshly minted graduates, and for a real estate industry that needs to rebuild and attract fresh young talent. I thought this was a wonderful and timely idea, and wanted to let you know about it, as our attention is beginning to focus on the anticipated recovery in 2009 and, hopefully, plans for stocking-up on interns and a new crop of analysts next summer. Tony LoPinto is CEO of Equinox Partners, an executive search firm specializing in the real estate industry, and parent company of SelectLeaders.
