The building's owner was represented by CB Richard Ellis' Brad Weiner and Mitch Adams, while Alside was represented by Jeff Heymann of Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler and Brian Borkan of BKB Commercial. The property was marketed by CBRE for asking lease rates around $5.50 per square foot. The industrial manufacturing facility offers 18-foot clear ceilings, air conditioned space, three interior loading docks, tow drive-in doors and 52 free surface parking spaces.

Built in 1991, the property is located in the north city submarket, where overall occupancy for warehouse space is around 94%, according to Grubb & Ellis' mid-year industrial market report. Asking lease rates in the submarket are around $5.55 per square foot, Grubb's research says.
