With an expiring lease, the law firm utilized the opportunity to take additional space," says Brett Nathan, assistant director of Studley, in a statement. "The firm started in Denver with one person and has expanded the office significantly over the past two years. This new office gives Gordon & Rees the space and flexibility that it needs to accommodate continued growth in Denver."

The lease will be short-term, clocking in at three years on the 34th floor of the 38-story building. The terms of the lease were not disclosed but the property has an average asking bid between $18 to $20 per square foot net. There was minimal build-out for the firm, as the previous tenant was also a law firm.

Nathan, and EVP Rob Link, both of Studley, repped Gordon & Rees. Cushman & Wakefield represented the building owner UBS.
