Atlanta-based Ronus Properties owns Crossroads Plaza, with Shopping Center Group taking on leasing duties there in October 2008. The center is currently 90% leased with anchors including Bed Bath & Beyond, Best Buy, Dick's Sporting Goods, Stein Mart and Marshalls.
"The challenging economy has forced property owners to take cost-cutting or controlling measures in an effort to decrease or eliminate expenses," says Alan Freeman, operating partner with the Shopping Center Group's Carolinas Division.
