Place Properties' on-site team assumed day-to-day management responsibilities for the first phase and pre-leasing duties for the second phase. The company has at least 10 developments in various construction stages across the US.

Place Properties has developed more than $1.4 billion of student and military housing properties over the past 14 years. It currently manages more than 17,000 beds.

The Summit at Coates Run, at 363 Richland Ave., offers a convenient location to the Ohio University campus with first-class amenities including a resort-style heated swimming pool, fitness center, tanning salon, 24-hour business center and private campus shuttle. Each apartment is fully furnished with wireless Internet access and cable wiring in all bedrooms.
