RE Services Firm Renews Full-Floor HQ

NEW YORK CITY-Headquartered at 462 Seventh Ave. since 1999, Winoker Realty has opted to stay there for at least five more years.

NEW YORK CITY-Commercial real estate firm Winoker Realty has renewed in place, opting to maintain its full-floor headquarters at 462 Seventh Ave. The 9,200-square-foot deal for the entire 13th floor is for five years; Winoker has been located at 462 Seventh since 1999.

“After 10 years in this location, it made sense for the company to keep its office here,” says Steven Kaufman, president of landlord the Kaufman Organization, in a release. “The space is a perfect fit for the company headquarters.”
