Yale currently occupies 13,000 square feet of space at 1150 Portion Rd. in Holtsville, NY, and has recently experienced significant growth and required additional space to house its expanding business, according to a release. The firm plans to relocate its operation to 25 Orville by November, and will eventually house more than 230 employees at the new location.

"After an exhaustive screening process that included looking at several locations throughout Long Island, we determined that 25 Orville's space layout was ideal to house our labor-intensive business," Joseph Taylor, Yale's chairman and EVP, says in a release. The property is part of Airport International Plaza in Bohemia, NY, a Rechler Equity Partners development of 1.48 million square feet.

A Rechler Equity team of Harry Stavro and Robert Stein represented the ownership in the lease negotiations, while Jeffrey Wax of Oxford & Simpson acted on behalf of Yale. Established in 1984, Yale Associates conducts criminal background checks, performs drug screenings, verifies college and postgraduate education, and investigates credit reports of potential employees.
