Screening Firm Expands in Bohemia

BOHEMIA, NY-Yale Associates will take 23,328 square feet at 25 Orville Dr. here, up from its 13,000 square feet in nearby Holtsville.

BOHEMIA NY-Yale Associates, one of the largest privately-held background screening companies in the US, is moving into larger quarters this fall. The company has inked a 10-year lease for 23,328 square feet of space at 25 Orville Dr. here.

Yale currently occupies 13,000 square feet of space at 1150 Portion Rd. in Holtsville, NY, and has recently experienced significant growth and required additional space to house its expanding business, according to a release. The firm plans to relocate its operation to 25 Orville by November, and will eventually house more than 230 employees at the new location.
