Studley Joins Local Legends Power Panel

NEW YORK CITY-The founder of the industry's first tenant-rep firm and other heavyweights will offer what Incisive Media's Desiato calls 'a fast-moving debate.'

NEW YORK CITY-Julien Studley, who in 1954 founded what is generally recognized as the industry’s first tenant representation firm, is the latest real estate icon to confirm his participation in the RealShare New York Power Panel, “Local Legends Share Their Secrets.” The eighth annual conference is scheduled for Wednesday, Oct. 28 at the Roosevelt Hotel.

Studley joins a panel of industry heavyweights that already includes Stephen L. Green, founder and chairman of S.L. Green Realty Corp.; Stephen Siegel, chairman of global brokerage at CB Richard Ellis; Lawrence Benenson, EVP of Benenson Capital Partners; Richard LeFrak, chairman and CEO of the LeFrak Organization; and Anthony Malkin, president of Wien & Malkin, who will serve as moderator. In keeping with the rest of the all-day conference, their discussion will further the theme “Onward & Upward in the Real Estate Capital of the World,” offering fresh ideas and positive direction for taking advantage of tough times.
