NEP Electronics Buys 40,000-SF Facility

WOOD DALE, IL-AMB has sold a building to the distributor of electronic components, which has occupied other space in Wood Dale for two decades.

WOOD DALE, IL-NEP Electronics has purchased a 40,000-square-foot facility at 795 Mittel Dr. from AMB Corp. The distributor of electronic components has operated its headquarters out of Wood Dale for more than two decades, and acquired this adjacent property as a supplement into which it can expand.

San Francisco-based AMB Corp. was represented in the deal by Brian Colson, EVP, and Eric Fisher, senior associate, with NAI Hiffman’s Industrial Services Group.
