At North Brunswick Commerce Center, Hilton signed two new leases totaling 5,508 square feet. Represented by Lori Gaffney and Jane Moni of Triad Properties, Chemspeed Technologies leased 3,132 square feet for its sales office and laboratory equipment showroom. Also new to North Brunswick Commerce Center is Diane Gressing-White's School of Arts Dance Education Center, which picked up 2,376 square feet. Rental rates at the Commerce Center run closer to $14 per square foot.

Other new leases include:

• Gordon Software, which picked up 1,689 square feet of newly renovated office space at Windsor Business Park, located at 186 Princeton Hightstown Rd. in West Windsor. Also here, Family Pharmacy leased a 1,700-square-foot store space at Princeton Arms Center and Alphion expanded its office at Windsor Business Park by an extra 1,562 square feet;
• Global Convergence expanded its office by 1,886 square feet at Montgomery Shopping Center on Route 206 in Somerset County;
• Simcox's Flowers will relocate its store to 1,200 square feet at Kuser Shopping Center on Whitehorse Mercerville Rd. in Hamilton;
• Global Engineering and Materials Inc. took 1,844 square feet at Research Park in Princeton; the tenant was represented by Kevin Coleman of Commercial Property Network. Also in Princeton, Pedagogue Solutions, represented by Jerry Fennelly of NAI Fennelly, leased 3,112 square feet of office space at 1060 State Rd.;
• Toromont Energy leased 900 square feet of office space at Enterprise Park, located at 800 Silvia St. in West Trenton.
