GFI Partners is the landlord of the property and was represented in both renewals by Cushman & Wakefield's Manchester, NH brokerage team. Paychex was repped by Matt Toolin of Sperry Van Ness and Todd Smith of Acclaim Group.

The property spans 64,400 square feet located at the intersection of Routes 101 and 114. Recently, there were several improvements made to the building including lobby renovation, and new first-floor bathroom, exterior lighting upgrades and new landscaping.
