NEW YORK CITY—Longtime 1333 Broadway tenant Gerber Childrenswear has renewed in place, keeping its 15,910-square-foot space on the seventh floor for another 10 years. Gerber first moved into the 12-story office building, par of the W&H Proprties portfolio, in 1989.

“1333 Broadway is a much improved property, thanks to the more than $71 million in building upgrades, which has become a W&H signature throughout the office portfolio,” says W&H SVP Fred Posniak in a release. “Gerber now enjoys a completely transformed building, from the lobby to the corridors and restrooms.”
