Childrenswear Maker Re-Ups for 16,000 SF

NEW YORK CITY—A tenant at 1333 Broadway for the past 20 years, Gerber Childrenswear has opted to stay there for another decade.

NEW YORK CITY—Longtime 1333 Broadway tenant Gerber Childrenswear has renewed in place, keeping its 15,910-square-foot space on the seventh floor for another 10 years. Gerber first moved into the 12-story office building, par of the W&H Proprties portfolio, in 1989.

“1333 Broadway is a much improved property, thanks to the more than $71 million in building upgrades, which has become a W&H signature throughout the office portfolio,” says W&H SVP Fred Posniak in a release. “Gerber now enjoys a completely transformed building, from the lobby to the corridors and restrooms.”
