He adds that Downtown "continues to be underserved by hospitality options" and the W project "is poised to fill this need."

With its exterior design by Gwathmey Siegel & Associates Architects and interior design by Graft, the 400,000-square-foot 123 Washington project has garnered more than $100 million in pre-sales on its , according to a release. A new on-site sales and welcome center is slated to open in October, with SHVO handling exclusive marketing and sales for the property.
