"Fairfield Business Center is one of the premier office/flex facilities in our New Jersey portfolio," says Geltzeiler, who adds that the lease renewal will provide Fujitsu with the environment it needs to continue to grow and expand its operations in the Tri-State area.
The 335,000-square-foot park in Essex County, Fairfield Business Center, is home to 353C, which is one of eight office/flex buildings there. The two-story building features on-site management, high speed Internet and 24/7 access, and is located near Interstates 80, 280 and 287, as well as the Garden State Parkway.
Additional tenants at 353C include IQ Dental and consulting engineer firm Lee T. Purcell Associates. While Denholtz declined to comment on rental rates, the company's website lists rates in the $7 to $12.99 range. There is currently space available on floors one and two, for a total of 16,121 square feet.
