NORTHBOROUGH, MA-FedEx Corp. is taking up the entire One Beeman Rd. here, a warehouse/distribution facility clocking in at 342,900 square feet total. The take-over comes in the form of two concurrent leases: a brand new lease for 162,700 square feet working alongside a renewal for FedEx’s current 180,200 square feet.

The exact terms and length of the leases was not disclosed, however Richards Barry Joyce & Partners–the exclusive leasing agent for the building–says it is a long-term lease and the original asking price for the building was $6.50 per square foot. FedEx will operate distribution and warehouse facilities from One Beeman for their FedEx SmartPost brand.
