McShane Brings On Bills To Oversee New Business

ROSEMONT, IL-McShane Development Corp. has hired 16-year real estate veteran Andrea Bills as VP. Bills will be responsible for establishing strategic advisory services and expanding the firm’s real estate development activities into retail, hospitality and mixed-use markets, both domestically and abroad. Bills will also work on repositioning of third-party distressed assets and projects.

Bills brings experience in strategic acquisitions, repositioning and development of retail, lodging and mixed-use projects nationally and internationally. Most recently, she has served as VP of New Business Development at Valencia Group. Bills has also spent time at General Growth Properties Inc. in senior positions, including VP of mixed-use and master planned communities and VP of GGP International Ventures.
