Irving-based ABT offers space to Fortune 1000 companies and entrepreneurial companies with flexible leases and complete support services. Its flex-space solutions, high-quality technology and personalized back-office support eliminate the need for clients to hire additional employees or buy expensive furniture or telephone systems.
"This was an important lease for our building," says Matthew Didyk, senior vice president with Transwestern, which represented Millennium Tower in the lease. "Having a company of ABT's quality in the building that can provide for small tenants and satellite offices is of great benefit."
Ebby Halliday Realtors and the O'Dea-Moyers Group worked together to represent ABT in lease negotiations. Additional terms were not disclosed.
