Office Suites Added to Metroplex

DALLAS-ABT signs a lease for 27,000 square feet at the Millennium Tower building.

DALLAS-ABT Executive Suites has renewed a lease for more than 27,000 square feet at Millennium Tower, 15455 Dallas Parkway in suburban Addison. ABT has 10 centers in the local market, totaling 250,000 square feet of shared-service office space.

Irving-based ABT offers space to Fortune 1000 companies and entrepreneurial companies with flexible leases and complete support services. Its flex-space solutions, high-quality technology and personalized back-office support eliminate the need for clients to hire additional employees or buy expensive furniture or telephone systems.
