Seko's unit in the 177,000-square-foot building offers 8,000 square feet of office, 24-foot clear ceilings, five exterior docks, a drive-in door and parking for 45 cars. Rental rates at the property have been marketed for around $4.95 per square foot gross. Seko was represented in the lease by principal Elise Couston, VP Theresa Gleason, and associate Patrick Fitzgerald of Paine/Wetzel ONCOR International, while building owner Invesco was represented by Kevin Segerson, senior associate with CB Richard Ellis.

Built in 1988, the building is located within the Chancellory Business Park in the north DuPage County submarket. Overall occupancy for warehouse space in the submarket is around 90%, according to Grubb & Ellis' mid-year industrial market report. Average asking lease rates for warehouse in the submarket are near $4.70 per square foot, Grubb's research says.
