263,000-SF Leasing Assignment Goes to Stream

LAS COLINAS-The local office of Stream Realty Partners won the competitive process, and right, to fill up and stabilize the class-A Crestview Tower. The company claims the office assignment from Holt Lunsford Commercial.

Stream Realty’s Tim O. Terrell tells GlobeSt.com that the building at 105 Decker Court is 60% occupied, partly because of Liberty Mutual’s departure earlier this year. However, some leases in play due to be finalized shortly, could boost that occupancy by 10%.

In the meantime, renovations continue in the building, which was built in 1983. “The building has recently undergone some major renovations, and now we’re in the process of doing more,” says Terrell, who is working with Stream Realty’s Rebecca Rambie on filling up the building. The improvements involve upgrades to the conference center and deli and a possible workout facility. Furthermore, two speculate office suites have been approved by building owner TA Associates.
