Lake County Press Leases 50,000 SF

WAUKEGAN, IL-The printing company has expanded into its new space at the 123,000-square-foot 3210 Oak Grove Ave., which was built in 2006.

WAUKEGAN, IL-Lake County Press has signed on for 50,000 square feet at Oak Grove Woods I. The printing company’s move into the 123,000-square-foot building marks a significant expansion for the firm. Built in 2006, Lake County Press’ new class A facility sits on six acres at 3210 Oak Grove Ave.

With plans to use it for warehousing and distribution, Lake County Press selected its new building for its size, ceiling height and loading capabilities. The property offers proximity to Interstate 94 and Highway 41, 30-foot ceiling heights, ESFR sprinkler systems, two exterior docks, and 30 parking spaces. Space in the building has been marketed for $5.15 per square foot net.
