National Surgical Hospitals Leases 10,100 SF

CHICAGO-National Surgical Hospitals has leased 10,100 square feet at the 16-story 250 S. Wacker in Chicago’s West Loop. The healthcare firm will move into its space in the 247,000-square-foot building by the end of the year. The building owner was represented by John Dempsey of CB Richard Ellis, while National Surgical Hospitals was represented by Tony Karmin, EVP with Transwestern, in the deal.

“After reviewing several options in the West Loop, 250 South Wacker met all the needs of National Surgical Hospitals’ office space requirement,” Karmin says. “The smaller floor plates offered National Surgical Hospital prominent identity with great views over the Chicago River.”
