Minnerly brokered the sale, representing the seller and procuring the buyer. She is an EVP and principal at NAI Hunneman.

Calls to NAI Hunneman were not returned by deadline. The property is home to Delta Hospital Supply. According to Richards Barry Joyce & Partners, asking lease rates for office in the 128 South submarket, are $26.96.
